This Privacy Statement by Itway S.p.a. (hereinafter referred to as “Itway”) performs the disclosure function pursuant to Article 13 of the “Personal Data Protection Code” of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, no. 196 (hereinafter “Code”) and is drawn up in accordance with Recommendation no. 2/2001 adopted on 17 May 2001 by the Working Party “Article 29” for the Protection of Personal Data in relation to the minimum requirements for the collection of online data in the European Union.

Definition of “personal data”
Data provided voluntarily by the user
Itway collects some personal information (name, surname, email address, telephone number, postal address, etc.) voluntarily provided by the users of the Site via special registration forms or e-mail.
The computer systems and software procedures responsible for the operation of the Site acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implied in the use of Internet communication protocols. These are information that is not collected to be associated with identified individuals, but which by their very nature could, through elaborations and associations with data held by third parties, allow users to identify. This category of data includes the IP addresses of computers used by users who connect to the Site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation addresses of required resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the file size obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the response status of the server (good end, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the operating system of the user. This data is used only for the purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. Data may be used to determine liability in the event of any offense against the Website.
Purpose and mode of treatment
Itway treats the personal information above exclusively in relation to:
1. Requests for articles, newsletters, invitations to events, seminars or enrollment in distribution lists relating to the same, etc;
2. Request for company information or contact requests;
3. Sending personal data for job offers or collaboration with Itway.
Itway protects the personal information of users by adopting the security measures provided by the Code.
Facilitation of the transfer of personal data
Except as specified for navigation data, the user is entitled to provide his or her personal data in the forms for registration at the Site or by e-mail. Failure to provide data has the following consequences:
1. In sub-paragraphs (a) and (b) of the preceding paragraph, failure to provide personal data will make it impossible for Itway to send the articles, newsletters and required information to the user;
2. In sub-cases (c) failure to provide the data will make it impossible for Itway to consider working or collaborative bidding.

User rights with respect to your personal information
According to articles 7 and p. of the Code, users have the right to obtain at any time the confirmation of the existence or not of data, to know its content and origin, to verify its accuracy or to request its integration or updating, or rectification. According to the same article, users also have the right to obtain cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or block of data processed in violation of law, and to oppose, in any case, for legitimate reasons, their treatment.
