• A clean opinion report for the Issuer’s Separate Financial Statements to December 31, 2015, a copy of which is attached to the current press release;
• A report with a positive opinion limited to the auditing procedures used for the Financial Statements to December 31, 2015 of Business-e S.p.A., fully controlled by the Issuer and therefore to the consolidated Financial Statements to December 31, 2015 of the Itway Group.
