PRESS RELEASE – THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF ITWAY GROUP APPROVES THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31ST DECEMBER 2024
April 24, 2025
OT security solutions, critical infrastructure protection and innovation with artificial intelligence:
At OMC MED Energy 2025 we presented our integrated approach to industrial security, with advanced technologies to prevent cyber attacks and innovative solutions to improve workplace safety in high-risk environments.
From 8 to 10 April, we were the protagonists at OMC MED Energy 2025 in Ravenna, one of the reference events for the world of energy and industrial infrastructure. The event brought together companies, experts and innovators from all over the world, offering a unique opportunity to discuss the challenges of energy transition and security.
Why Itway at OMC MED Energy
Being present at OMC means being part of a context of innovation and security for industrial infrastructures.
We brought our know-how in the field of Cyber Security & Resiliency, with a focus on the protection of OT (Operational Technology) environments and risk management in critical infrastructures. Our goal? To accompany industrial organisations towards concrete and measurable cyber resilience.
The strength of our Cyber Security & Resiliency BU
Our Business Unit dedicated to information security and specialised in securing OT environments acts with an integrated approach to security, combining risk analysis, design and implementation of advanced technologies to ensure business continuity and protection of the most critical infrastructures, anticipating threats, vulnerabilities and attacks.
We have demonstrated how our integrated approach – based on advanced technologies and proactive strategies – enables us to secure digital and physical axes with an end-to-end vision. In this particular case, we did so with the technology of our technology partner Radiflow, an OT visibility suite, a platform that monitors any anomaly – from the entry of a new device into the network to the presence of suspicious data traffic, to the modification of a firmware – and detects it, compares it to the most common attack patterns, and reports it to the cyber security staff.
ICOY: artificial intelligence for safety at work
Also among the stars of our offering is ICOY, the artificial intelligence-based project for accident prevention in construction sites and critical industrial environments.
Developed for ports, steel mills, construction sites and the heavy engineering industry, ICOY detects risk situations in real time and triggers immediate corrective measures, helping to safeguard people, equipment and productivity.

Our mission at OMC
Participating in OMC 2025 was a strategic opportunity for us to strengthen our commitment to industrial security and digital resilience.
At an international event, hosted in our city, we shared experiences, made new connections and demonstrated how Cyber Security and Artificial Intelligence can make a difference in an ever-evolving industry.
