THE ORGANIZATION
The Itway Group is organized in Strategic Business Units (SBU), each independent in its business with full responsibility on project development. The parent company Itway S.p.A. coordinates and harmonizes the three different SBUs. The organizational model allows combining speed in decision making of the single SBU to the soundness and strength of the Group.

The stages of 20 years of growth
At the beginning we were little; we had clear ideas and determination. Over the years we raised the bar, reaching one objective after the other. We became big without becoming overweight. We are ourselves.
