Ravenna, May 25, 2016 – Further to the press release regarding the “Delay in the approval of the financial statements” published on April 29, 2017, please note that as a partial amendment to what was reported in the 2017 corporate events calendar released on March 6, 2017 and subsequent changes published on March 29, 2017:

(i)         The meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the Financial Statements as of December 31, 2016, originally scheduled for March 30, 2017, will be held on May 29, 2017;

(ii)       The shareholders’ meeting for the approval of the Financial Statements as of December 31, 2016, originally scheduled for May 10-11, 2017 (1^st and 2^nd call) will be held on June 29-30, 2017(1^st and 2^nd call).

Further eventual changes to the dates indicated above will be punctually communicated.
