Regarding the carrying out of the share buy back programme authorized by the Meeting of Shareholders, Itway S.p.A announces that in February 2016, the Company purchased no. 47,144 Itway S.p.A. own shares (equal to 0.59% of the share capital), at an average price of 1.2070 per share, after commissions, for a total counter value of Euro 56,904.46.

As per these purchases, the Company at  28^th February 2016 has a total of  900,706 own shares equal to 11.39% of the share capital.
