October 21, 2016Regarding the carrying out of the share buy back programme authorized by the Meeting of Shareholders, Itway S.p.A announces that in September 2016, the Company purchased no. 2,625 Itway S.p.A. own shares (equal to 0.03% of the share capital), at an average price of 1.5281 per share, after commissions, for a total counter value of Euro 4,011.38.
As per these purchases, the Company at 30th September 2016 has a total of 968,380 own shares equal to 12.25% of the share capital.
