PRESS RELEASE – Itway: Interim Financial report as of June 30, 2017 Change in the calendar of corporate events for the 2017 fiscal year

Ravenna, October 25, 2017 – Pursuant to the October 16, 2017 press release and as an amendment to the calendar of corporate events published on January 25, 2017, ITWAY S.p.A. announces that the Board of Directors today unanimously deliberated to delay to November 9, 2017 the meeting for the approval of the Interim Financial Report as of June 30, 2017 of the Company and of the Itway Group, drafted pursuant to article 154 ter of Legislative Decree No. 58 dated February 24, 1998, as well as decisions regarding the guidelines for the industrial plan following the sale of Business-E S.p.A.

The Board, acknowledging the payment, made by the buyer Maticmind S.p.A. of 500,000 € as the first part of the total consideration, and taking into account the progress made in fulfilling the obligations towards the closing, which will take place by November 9, 2017, ahead of the final deadline of November 30, 2017, considered it opportune to delay the deliberations on the agenda of today’s board meeting to a date following the closing, in order to also take into consideration the findings that will be available at that time.
