October 16, 2017Milan, October 16, 2017 – Pursuant to what was announced on September 28, 2017 and as an amendment to the calendar of corporate events for 2017 released on January 25, 2017, Itway S.p.A. announces that the meeting of the Board of Directors has been called for October 25 to approve the Interim Financial Report as of June 30, 2017 of the Company and of the Itway Group, drafted pursuant to article 154 ter of Legislative Decree No. 58 dated February 24, 1998, and to deliberate the guide lines for the industrial plan following the sale of Business.e S.p.A.
