• Along with the issuer’s separate financial statements as at December 31, 2017 an  emphasis of matter paragraph and the impossibility of expressing an opinion due to the multiple and significant uncertainties surrounding the going concern assumptions, with potential interactions and possible cumulative effects on the separate financial statements, a copy of which is attached to the current press release;

• Along with the consolidated financial statements as at December 31, 2017 of the Itway Group an emphasis of matter paragraph and the impossibility of expressing an opinion due to the multiple and significant uncertainties surrounding the going concern assumptions with potential interactions and possible cumulative effects on the consolidated financial statements, a copy of which is attached to the current press release.
