June 20, 2016Regarding the carrying out of the share buy bask programme authorized by the Meeting of Shareholders, Itway S.p.A. announces that, from 13th June 2016 to 17th June 2016, altogether purchased no. 1,860 Itway S.p.A. ordinary shares (equal to 0.03% of the share capital), at an avarage price of Euro 1.5327 per share, after commissions, for a total countervalue of Euro 2,850.87.
The purchases ware made on the regulated market observing the limits indicated by the Shareholders’ Meeting’s authorisation and by the applicable provisions of the law and regularisations, including the CE Regulations no. 2273/2003.
As per the above communicated purchases the Company today has a total of 956,328 own shares, equal to 12.10% of the share capital.
